SANGIORGI is a national business and transactional law firm supporting venture capital and private equity sponsors, family offices, private credit providers, lenders, investors, and operating companies across a broad range of markets and industries. With more than 25 years of experience, the firm delivers practical, business-focused legal solutions for complex, time-sensitive transactions.

Our practice is anchored in sophisticated finance and corporate work. We advise clients on loan transactions across all markets, including asset-based lending, real estate finance, structured credit, and venture and growth-stage financing. SANGIORGI represents investors and companies in the origination, negotiation, documentation, and closing of transactions, and we continue to support those relationships throughout the life of the investment. SANGIORGI handles commercial and real estate closings nationwide and serves as title agent for American Eagle Title, supporting both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
